Car Rental & Taxi Transfers:

Transfer by taxi: € 30 for 2 persons per way. Each extra person is an additional € 5.

Transfer by private taxi: € 45 for 2 persons, per way.

Transfer by mini bus: € 30 for 2 or 3 persons per way and € 35 for 4 persons per way. For groups of 5 to 20 persons, each is charged € 7 per way.

2 children under the age of 8 (indicatively) are considered 1 adult and are charged accordingly.

Rental cars are available through our hotel, provided that guests send us necessary information about themselves, the type of car (manual or automatic) and the delivery/collection location of the car
Booking Policy:
- In order to make a reservation at the Volcano Villas Santorini Hotel Apartments, Suites and Rooms in Oia, Santorini, it is necessary that 33% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid via:
- credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) - credit card details must be sent by client via fax or email
- deposit to the following bank account:
- Agricultural Bank of Greece
Payee: Sirigos Nikos
- For 2 nights’ stay, it is necessary that one be prepaid (50% of the total cost of the stay).
- Check-in time: 13:30 (afternoon)
- Check-out time: 11:30 (morning)
NOTES
Children Policy:
- Family with 1 child under 8 years old: child is free of charge
- Family with 2 children under 8 years old: children are charged as 1 adult
- Family with 3 or 4 children under 8 years old: children are charged as 2 adults
Former clients of the Volcanos Villas are offered a special discount of 20% (it is necessary that they have the proper clipping from the hotel's brochure, signed and sealed from the Volcanos Villas)

CANCELLATION POLICY
MIDDLE & LOW SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
- 14 to 3 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged
- 2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged
HIGH SEASON
If a reservation is cancelled:
- 22 days or more prior to the arrival date, no fee is charged
- 21 to 11 days prior to the arrival date, 33% of the total cost of the stay is charged
- 10 to 3 prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged
- 2 to 1 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
- In case of no-show (no stay) or departure prior to scheduled date, 100% of the total cost of the stay is charged
Our cancellation policy also applies for guests that book their accommodation at Volcanos Villas through online booking systems, as well as travel agencies and tour operators.
